Third-Party Payment Disclosure

SponsorMyRC does not process contributions

SponsorMyRC is a connection platform, not a payment processor, escrow service, or money transmitter. When a sponsor supports a racer, the payment is completed directly between the sponsor and the racer using a third-party service the racer has chosen. We never take custody of those funds.

How support reaches a racer

• Buying a product: the sponsor purchases an item from the retailer the racer linked. That transaction is entirely between the sponsor and the retailer.
• Contributing funds: the sponsor sends money through a payment service the racer connected (see below). SponsorMyRC only displays the link.

Third-party services racers may use

Racers can connect links to services including:

• PayPal — paypal.me link or PayPal.Me handle
• Venmo — venmo.com/u/username
• Cash App — cash.app/$cashtag
• Zelle — Instructions only — Zelle has no shareable link
• Ko-fi — ko-fi.com/username
• Buy Me a Coffee — buymeacoffee.com/username
• GoFundMe — gofundme.com/f/campaign
• Stripe Payment Link — buy.stripe.com/...
• Square Payment Link — square.link/...
• Custom secure URL — Any https:// payment page

Each of these services has its own terms, fees, privacy practices, and buyer/seller protections. SponsorMyRC does not control and is not responsible for them. Review the relevant service’s terms before sending money.

We do not verify transactions

Because payments happen off-Platform, SponsorMyRC cannot confirm that a payment was made, received, or refunded. Any “reported” or “confirmed” amounts shown on a racer page reflect what the racer records, not a verified transaction ledger held by us.

Platform subscriptions are separate

Optional SponsorMyRC subscription plans (Racer Pro and Team Plan) are billed separately through our payment processor, Stripe, and unlock platform features only. This billing is never used to collect or route the contributions sponsors send to racers.

Disputes and refunds

Because SponsorMyRC does not handle contribution funds, we cannot issue refunds or reverse a contribution. Disputes over a contribution or purchase must be resolved with the racer, retailer, or payment service involved. See our Refund & Dispute Guidance.

Protect yourself

• Only send support through a service you trust and can identify.
• Keep your own records and receipts.
• Report suspicious payment links through our contact page.
